Addie turned 8 in September. Her birthday came in the middle of a house hunting trip to Boise. You know... that two week period when we were planning on moving to Boise. We stopped to see Tyler's sister and her family in
Burley on our way to Boise. We stayed overnight and had an enjoyable visit. Amber made Addie a delicious birthday breakfast.
Addie was able to open her presents with her cousins. She wanted a stuffed monkey for her birthday.
After spending a long day house hunting we continued to celebrate Addie's birthday by eating dinner at Red Robin and swimming in the hotel pool.
At the end of the month, she was baptized. It was a wonderful day.
Addie is a precious little girl.
She is thoughtful and loving.
Creative and smart.
Adventurous and brave.
Addie is funny and playful.
She is a constant joy in our lives.

Oh, we love Addie! I'm still so bummed that Jude and I just barely missed seeing you guys before you moved. We love you and hope that everyone is happy in LA.
8 already. I totally remember her as a newborn, you coming to visit me at my house in Providence when I was about to have Kai. Holy cow, where does the time go? Happy Birthday and congratulations Addie on your baptism. We are baptizing Kai in Oregon in December.

What a darling Baptism dress! So good to see all of you on your blog. I think our Christmas correspondence crossed in the mail.
