The snow had begun to melt by Friday so you don't get the whole effect.

Kolby and
Kolby and Caitlyn love playing outside together.

Landry is pretty excited about his new highchair.

We spent last week doing Christmas activities while Kolby was off of school. He ended up being off of school for five days. If you include Thanksgiving break that is seven and a half days. He has early release every day during the upcoming week for parent teacher conferences. On Tuesday the kids got to decorate the house with Christmas stuff. All day Wednesday they had dance parties with the Christmas music. Unfortunately, Kids Bop Christmas is their favorite. Yeah - it is great. On Thursday we set up the Christmas tree. On Friday they did a Christmas painting project. One night they wanted a snack. They came and asked if they could have jello. I said sure but was surprised because I did not think we had any. They both came in to the living room holding an open box of pudding mix and informed us that this was not jello. They had never seen jello mix. They have just eaten it out of the "pudding packs". They were not pleasantly surprised with their find. Ammon, his wife and baby (Campbell) came to see us on Saturday and stayed until we went to church on Sunday. It was fun. His baby is really cute and loves anything to do with balls. He was impressed when I made him a snowball. Campbell liked the snow. We dressed him up in snow clothes and sent him outside. I think his southern California Mom might have liked the snow even more. She insisted on a sled ride after Campbell got his turn. Campbell liked to throw balls into the Christmas tree and enjoyed throwing a Christmas bulb until it landed on the wood floor and shattered. One of the neighbor kids got the idea to go sledding on the hills at the golf course. What a great idea! I'm sure the golf course would love that idea if they knew. Kolby had a great time sledding on the golf course Saturday night with some of his neighborhood friends. They think it is Clyde's (the fifth graders) backyard. Yeah... I guess...but they went about a block or two from Clyde's "backyard". Apparently, the right golf course makes a great sledding hill. Landry has had a hard day. We are not quite sure what is up. I have never seen him so upset and cry so much. FYI...Mandy did not know that you can click on the pictures and make them bigger. I thought I would share that info with anybody else who needed it.

I can't believe the snow up there. I have been up there several times and it has always been green. I hope it melts by Christmas. I am glad Kolby was able to go back to school - that is a lot of days at home. Do you feel safe driving yet?
Hope Landry is okay. The picture you took of him when you said he wanted to go to bed reminds me of Trayson (I don't know how to spell his name). Am I the only one who thinks that?
Have a good day.

Driving is now OK. The other day I was watching Sara's wedding video. She had pictures of her niece and nephews in it. I was having a really hard time deciding if it was Kolby, Addie, Landry or Trayson in a lot of the pictures. So you are not that far off.
