October 26, 2008

The kids getting ready to go to the school Halloween carnival.  Kolby was planning on an Indiana Jones costume for Halloween.  We ordered it and when it arrived we discovered it was very lame.  Since we needed a costume asap and there are no shopping options in town we fell back on last years costume.  Luckily, he agreed to the last minute change in plans.  I feared we had a crisis at hand.

Landry and his best friend.
I will have to keep a closer eye on them!

How often do you get to spend an October day like this?
Last weekend we went to St. George with our visitors.
The weather was perfect!
Grandpa and Grandma came for a visit.
They brought Grammy with them.
We went and saw the Petrogliphs.
Landry likes to be like his big brother.  Kolby was walking in front of him and had his hands in his pockets.  It was fun to watch Landry notice Kolby and mimic him.

We had fun up in the mountains!

Good, I am glad to see someone else in the country in swim suits in October, makes me not feel so alone! :)
The kids look cute in their costumes. Did Kolby wear the frog like when we lived in UT?
I love the kissing pictures. Future wedding pictures eh?

Wow, that place looks really fun in St.George! I'm jealous, I like it to be warmer :) But not above 80, I know, I'm picky! I love the Halloween costumes too!

Yes, Kolby did wear the Frog. Probably in 2001. The temperature in St. George that day was about 83or 84. So it almost met your standards Courtney. You Washington people are so picky when it comes to your temperatures.

I'm jealous of your warm days. I so hate the cold and rain.

The costumes are cute- and we are jealous of the swimming. Kate misses the pool every day!

How fun! Lots of beautiful pictures. I think this has been the best October I can remember. Okay, not quite as warm in Logan as it is there, but 70 degrees the last week of October is pretty dang good!

Love ya, Jen!
