Landry would be mortified if he knew I posted this picture. He did not want to use a girl towel. I guess he was cold enough that he finally agreed to it. He is still not happy about it. Every time he sees the picture he comments about how he is in a girl towel. The boy/girl difference is huge to him right now.
We have had a fun summer. This is actually an adult birthday party. The kids reap the rewards of our adult celebrations. Several times we head out on an innocent little trip and end up taking the mini van places that the mini van should not go. I felt better about it in the old mini van. Last week, I felt a little sick about the places we took the new van.
You can always find amazing things in Southern Utah.
This is where we ended up. We were not sure if anything was even up that slick, rocky, dirt road.
It has been fun making trips to see our Grandmas and Grandpas. Landry could not wait to try out the pool by Grandma's house. It took less than five minutes before I determined a life jacket was in order for Landry. He was a maniac in the pool.
On a trip up North I was able to have lunch with these two great ladies. We were roommates at Utah State and I have not seen them in a very, very long time. It was a lot of fun but not near long enough. We also had a wonderful time getting together with some of Tyler's friends.
Addie and her cousin Brinlee were able to go and visit their cousins in Idaho. It was a fun girl trip!

Kaden is real big on the "girl" thing right now too, probably because of his older brother being so adamant about not having "girl stuff".
Kind of miss the days when they didn't care.
How's the house sale going?
I didn't know you got a new mini van? Where's the picture?
You splitting your time between Southern and Northern UT?
How's Tyler's job? Matt's in the Keys for 10 days!! Lucky him.

xoxoxoxoxo Love ya. It was so great to visit with you. I seriously could have/would have sat in the Olive Garden all day and night talking.

I love the gender issues of a three year old! There is nothing so offensive to Ella as being called a "boy." When she's really mad at me she'll say "You're a BOY, Mama!"

When do your kids start school?
