August 10, 2009

We had a great time at the Preston, Idaho rodeo.
The kids really loved all the candy they got at the parade we went to before the rodeo.
Our second row seats right next to the chutes were fabulous.
Watching everyone eat the carney corn dogs and rodeo burgers made me a little sick. Apparently, they were really good and an essential part of the rodeo experience.
Uncle Nate, our Preston native, helped Landry with his candy.
Kolby's parade highlight was the bike helmet he caught. We also caught a water bottle, frisbee, toilet paper, pen and lot's of candy.
The spectators were fun. Thanks Aunt Sara for setting everything up for us.
Just as all the action was starting.
Great Grandpa Jorgensen has been sharing his new past time with the kids.
Feeding the ducks at dusk is a lot of fun.
The kids especially like it when the ducks fight.
We enjoyed the Green Shows at the Shakespearean Festival.
We also had a great time at the lake.
Kolby loved his crazy ride on the tube.
Addie had fun on the tube with Aunt Kara.
I don't know that Landry really knew what to think.
Addie did a great job on the knee board.
All of the kids enjoyed playing in the lake.
Kolby got a little crazy on the knee board.
The kids can't get enough of being on the boat!

Love Grandpa and the ducks. I guess he could have worse hobbies to teach the kids. My dad teaches Alexander to make boogers out of silly string.

So jealous, you know I love the rodeo! What a fun time. You must be up in Cache Valley. Where are you starting the kids in school? When do they start? Kai starts the 24th. Woo-hoo!

That picture of me eating the corn dog makes me sick. Definitely not the most flattering. It's so worth it, though. Nothin' like a carny corn dog.

The kids start school on the 20th. We are just staying here. They just found out it starts so soon. It was quite the shock.

You have been having a great time! Holy cow! I love all your pictures, but especially the one of Sara eating a corndog in her cowboy hat. Sorry, Sara, but you are such a babe!

Love ya!
