We really enjoyed our trip to Bryce Canyon.
Our favorite part of the trip was hiking.
Tyler and Kolby took this trail on.
They conquered it.
There were so many neat things to see.
The kids were great hikers!
The weather was perfect.
It felt great to be outside in the beautiful weather.
We also went to see the Escalante Grand Staircase Monument.
We took a long, terrible dirt road to see an arch.
Everyone we passed was silently mocking us for taking the mini van on this.
This is what we found.
Worth it? Still not sure. It is very cool. However, that was a really long, terrible dirt road.
Addie wanted her picture taken with every dead animal in the museum at the visitors center. It was the least I could do since I won't let her have a pet. The girl LOVES animals.
Landry has a timid heart.
Remember this from a year ago? Kolby's school project on the Long Tailed Weasel.
Look what we found.
Bryce Canyon is amazing.
It is beautiful.
There is so much to see.

We walked right past these guys. Thanks to the deer hunt we were able to take this little vacation. School was out for Fall Recess. Where we live Fall Recess is code for the beginning of the deer hunt.

It was nice to spend so much time with this guy.
Arches are always impressive.
It's amazing someone so little can have so much stamina.
The light was reflecting so nicely off the rocks during our evening hike.
Landry was in a choice mood.
We can't wait to do it again!

What unbelievable pictures! The last time Bruce and I tried to hit Bryce it SNOWED. Needless to say, we didn't get out of the car and just kept on driving, but now I'm inspired to plan a little road trip.

You carried him on your back? I would be crippled if I did that! The weather looks beautiful! What a fun hike, I know the kids would love it. We just hiked this morning with some friends (no school today).
